Where datma360 Data is Sourced

Updated over a year ago

datma.360 is a visualization tool that integrates your fragmented healthcare data by gathering medical history, imaging, genomic data, and other relevant information from various sources and streamlining it into a single, accessible platform.

Patient Information

The Patient Card, located in the upper left hand corner, gives a quick summary of the patient. Name, MRN, Age, Sex, and Mortality status are all populated from the EHR.

The Primary Diagnosis and Clinical Stage fields are not populated until the patient's case is reviewed during a Tumor Board Session. Once the patient's case has been reviewed the values in the Patient Card reflect what was documented during the Tumor Board Session. If the patient's case was reviewed in multiple Tumor Board Sessions, then the value documented in the most recent tumor board is displayed in the patient card.

The Primary Diagnosis drop down displays the descriptions associated with the ICD10 codes that were documented in the EHR for the patient. During the Tumor Board discussion the Administrator can select the appropriate diagnosis description to associate with the patient . This would typically be based on the diagnosis that was confirmed during the discussion that occurred during the Tumor Board session.

The Clinical Stage drop down displays the values specified by the Administrator on the Settings -> Clinical Stage page. During the Tumor Board discussion the Administrator can select the appropriate clinical stage to associate with the patient . This would typically be based on the clinical stage that was confirmed during the discussion that occurred during the Tumor Board Session.

Genomics + Pathology

Genomics and Pathology reports are uploaded through our ETL pipeline. Reports can be uploaded directly into datma.360 by administrators as either a txt or pdf file.

Clinical Trials and Therapies

datma.360 has the ability to utilize a variety of sources to identify suitable, real-time clinical trials individualized to each patient based on their unique characteristics and selected preferences. We currently integrate with the following third-party solutions for matching. If your institute has an existing license or API key with these parties, please make those available in your secrets store (e.g., Azure Keyvault) to enable datma.360 integration.

Trials

  • Molecular Match

  • Clinicaltrials.gov

Therapies

  • Molecular Match

  • OncoKB

  • CIViC

Radiology

There are a few different ways to surface Radiology reports inside of datma.360. Similar to Genomics and Pathology reports, Radiology reports can also be uploaded through our ETL pipeline and uploaded directly into datma.360 by administrators as either a txt or pdf file.

There is also the option to integrate directly with an existing DICOM viewer depending on the implementation.

Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions about custom integrations with solutions not listed above.
