Schedule a Patient

If you have administrative privileges, you can access the “Patient Schedule” page where you can review patients that have been submitted “To Be Scheduled” (still need to be assigned a date) and view patients who are already scheduled for upcoming sessions (have already been assigned a date).

To move a patient from the “To Be Scheduled” table to the “Scheduled Patients” table, a date must be selected for the + button to become enabled.

Once clicked, the patient will be moved to the “Scheduled Patients” table.

At the top of the page, administrators can also add patients to the schedule on behalf of someone else. While adding a patient, if no date is specified, the patient will be placed in the “To Be Scheduled” table.
