Users can be assigned as physicians in the tumor board using the “Add Physician” button. Once clicked, you are taken to a search window where you can search for users that are stored inside Azure Entra. Users will have to have their email address as part of their Azure Entra profile to be added to the Physician Schedule.
Physician’s can be assigned to a specialty and relevant Tumor Boards so that when a Tumor Board is being scheduled, the scheduler is able to efficiently select physicians to ensure coverage across all relevant specialties.
