Upload a File

Uploading files requires administrative privileges. Only users with the ‘mypatient-admin’ user role will be able to upload files.

To access the Filing Cabinet click the “folder” icon in the top right corner of the page. Note that the Filing Cabinet is specific to the patient you are currently viewing.

Here the user can view files that were previously manually uploaded by clicking on the file or upload additional files pertaining to this patient by clicking “Upload File”.

When uploading a new file, the user is required to specify a report type (Genomics, Pathology, Radiology, Clinical), a Specimen Type, a Test Type, and a Collection Date. Note that the file uploaded must be either a PDF or TXT file and that it cannot be larger than 35mb.

Once the file is successfully uploaded, it will now display on the patient’s clinical timeline under the ‘specimen collected on’ date.
