View Genomics

Updated over a year ago

The Genomics Tool provides a means to view Genomics data for a patient, and also retrieve Targeted Therapies and Clinical Trials information based on variant and biomarkers associated with patient samples. Genomics reports are listed on the right side of the screen with the most recent reports at the top of the list. Each genomics card can be clicked on to open the report or alternatively up to 3 reports can be selected to be compared at the same time.

Single Genomics Report View

By default, alterations of strong clinical significance are shown, but you can switch between tiers to view alterations of potential and unknown significance.

Targeted Therapies are returned per alteration and each therapy can be clicked to expand.

Clinical Trials information is retrieved based on the integration with 3rd party trials matching solution and displayed per alteration. To narrow down your results further, you can include/exclude trials depending on what phase they are in or based on distance from the patient's most recent location as captured in the EHR. If using the patient location is not desired, a default location can be configured. To view additional information about the trial, click the card to expand and click the url to view in a separate window the details of the trial that are documented in ClinicalTrials.gov website.

If you are looking to conduct a more granular search of Trials and Therapies, you can click the ‘Advanced Search’ button. This will open the Molecular Match portal where you can filter your search query results by Drug Class, Institution, and more.

Note : The 3rd party trials matching solution that is utilized is determined during the implementation phase. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions about the integration

Compare Genomics Reports View

Up to three genomics reports can be compared at the same time. Reports that contain the alteration will be displayed in purple. You can also hover over the report card at the top of the page to highlight which alterations are included in that report.
