Generating a Scatter Plot for the Data Frame

Updated over 9 months ago

A scatter plot can be generated to identify the relationship between biomarkers and diagnoses. To generate a scatter plot, at least 3 genes need to be included when building the cohort. Other filters can be added in addition to these 3 genes, but for this example we are just including 3 genes in our cohort.

Once your cohort is built, click the 'Create Data/ View Data' button. To include a scatter plot in your data frame, only the 'Diagnosis' and 'DNA Sequence Variation (Gene)' attributes can be selected.

After clicking 'Generate' you will be taken to the data frame page and you will see a new button toggle.

Toggle to the 'Scatter Plot' button to see the generated scatter plot.
