Create a Data Frame

Updated over 10 months ago

Once you have finished building your cohort query, you are ready to create a data frame. To get started, click the “Create Data” button.

Next you will select the attributes you would like to include in your data frame. To include genes or variants, toggle on the attribute and then list out which genes and variants you would like to include (be sure to separate by semicolons if including more than one).

Once you have toggled on all of the fields you would like to include, click the “Generate” button. Note, larger queries may take a few minutes to generate a data frame. Feel free to navigate away from the page and we will inform you when your data frame is ready to be viewed.

Hover over the sunburst chart to view more granular information about your data. Attributes listed at the top of the sunburst can be dragged to rearrange how the sunburst drills down. The data frame can be exported to a CSV file, but clicking the blue “Export to CSV” button.
